We are a family business established in 2006 by Gareth and Katrina McNally. We strive to provide quality, affordable healthcare and friendly customer service.

We sell a range of specialist skincare brands including La Roche Posay, Cera Ve and Aveeno. We stock a wide variety of vitamins and supplements, as well as offering New Weigh weight management program.

McNally's Pharmacy is proud to support the local community by being proud sponsors of Swords Manor FC and St. Patrick's GAA Stamullen. We believe in the importance of promoting sports and teamwork and are honoured to help support these local clubs!
